They’ll go at 7 tonight in St. Paul. Winnipeg has never successfully defended the Belt, but even if they lose it tonight, they’ll get a chance to win it back Monday as these two teams will play again — and again for the Belt — Monday.

After finally winning their first Conference III game Saturday night, Dallas becomes the No. 1 contender for the Belt regardless of the outcome tonight. The Stars will either face the Jets January 15 or the Wild January 3.
