A recap of tonight’s Conference III playoff action with help from the geniuses at SportsYapper:

Mr Darcy, the Wild are undone!

Chicago 3, Minnesota 0: I ask myself this every night (and you guys should Ask Us Anything). I’m not sure this is true, because the Hawks still have home ice, though this is a concern.

He did and it was nice, too. Breaking down the 1-v-8 series in each conference. The first TV timeout may be a little early to make this kind of assessment.

Maybe Leipold should have spent cash on a third-string goalie, eh?


Oh PS, Josh Harding got hurt, so Darcy Kuemper (not pictured at right) is the goalie now for Minnesota, which explains why Sharp scored on the first shot of the second.

And while I get what this guy means, I’m not sure he’s right, the way these playoffs are going.

What? This is an improvement over Fightin’ Adjectives.

One guy wants to bring the Stars back. Why bring them back when you could just change the name of the Wild to the North Stars, asks this guy. “You dumbasses, what about Dallas?” says no one, unfortunately.
